Hi everyone ! I have to leave the country in 2 days.

This year I’ve already left and returned 2 times by “road”.

(The first time with my old passport and the second time with my new passport).

Can I do it again, with a Visa Run “bus tour” ?

If not, I suppose it will be by Flight.

If I go and back by flight, when I will be back to Thailand, do I have to book my next exit from the territory for next month.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of performing another visa run to Thailand via bus after having already entered the country multiple times this year. The responses clarify that after two land entries under the visa-exempt stamp, a new entry must be facilitated through either a flight with a new stamp or acquiring a tourist visa from a Thai consulate. There are warnings about strict immigration control at airports, particularly when re-entering after multiple visits in a short period, and the importance of having proof of onward travel.

Thank’s for all your answer 🙏🏾.

I took a flight (Don Mueang (Bkk) to Danang) go and return the same day.

When I was back to Don Mueang, Immigration officer stopped me.

The officer was angry not because I took a go and return trip in the same day but because I just go and back in his country 3 times in a this year with just a tourist visa.

He told me that next time, I should ask for a business visa or a student visa.

Many foreigner people around me complain about this airport because they are very strict. So for all people living next to Bangkok, be careful 🙏🏾

Nope you cannot 😕

It doesn't matter what passport you used to get in to the country free stamp entry by land for a 30 day stamp.

If you entered free stamp (visa exempt ผ.30) two times by land you're done this year entering by land without a valid visa.

So you either go to a thai consulate when you're out of the country and buy a tourist visa (which would then let you in by land)

OR

you fly in to get a new 30 day visa exempt entry stamp.

Keep in mind if your entry/stay history on free stamp entries w/extensions is a lot you may indeed have issues flying in on a new free stamp entry.

Whether you get in or not will come down to the officer you're standing in front of at passport control when you go to stamp in.

Definitely have proof of onward travel in 30 days (the amount of time you will stamp in for) because if they're going to give you a hard time about entering free stamp, that's the first thing they'll ask for.

OP should also have the required funds in cash? Is it 20,000 baht or equivalent foreign currency that is required to enter visa exempt?
