Out of curiosity… We’ve never seen this in any of our entry stamps into Thailand. The officer wrote our Flight # at the top. And then made a little “note” or “signature.” Curious if anyone knows what it means. 😅

TLDR : Answer Summary
The writing of the flight number and a note or signature by the immigration officer on your entry stamp is a common practice in Thailand and typically does not signify anything unusual. Comments from community members indicate that noting the flight number is standard procedure, especially for visa-exempt entries, and shouldn't cause concern.

means nothing, they note the flight number (TR616 shows its a sin/bkk flight) on most entry stamps and you came on on a ผ.30 entry <- visa exempt entry stamp.
Thanks! We’ve been on this Thailand wave since Covid. Left for a year… And then went on one-year Ed visas. Left for a month and came back and got “interrogated” by multiple immigration officers. Questioning a lot and asking for proof of us at the last school, etc. So then the 4th immigration officer finally stamped us in and then I thought she made a little signature signifying something. Maybe preventing us from getting our extension at immigration. As we find another education visa option since we moved cities. 🤣 A little paranoid. Yes. 🤣🤣
Another curious question among the same lines. When we go in for our extension. And still need more time to figure out our Ed visa. Do you think if we try to obtain a tourist visa from Laos, we will be denied due to our history too? We’ve done a tourist visa in Laos before. But that was before Covid and we had just been to Thailand once! 🤣
you're asking questions NO one on the group can answer.
Face it, you have an EXTENSIVE entry/stay history here 😮 , All you can do is go try to get a tourist visa from Vientiane or Savannakhet, or another consulate in a nearby country.
Pick a consulate, go to the website, read the requirements, see if it takes an online appt, read the processing time, MEET the requirements and apply.
It'll either work or it won't. That's the only way you're gonna find out
