Can I use the Fast Track lane at Thai immigration after turning 70?

I'm overseas at the moment, returning to Thailand on my Retirement 'O' (yes, I have a re-entry stamp) early in January a few days after my 70th birthday. I read recently that I'm entitled to use the Fast Track lane by virtue of my age. Does anybody KNOW how true this is? I've tried Go ogling it, but the only answers to the question are 10 years old.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, expats over 70 years old are entitled to use the Fast Track lane at Thai immigration. Several commenters confirmed this based on recent experiences, also noting that accompanying Thai nationals can help expedite the process. The official signage at airports indicates that individuals over 70 years of age can access the Fast Track immigration line.

I think it's over 60's but it can backfire if you're on the "retirement special" flight where everyone is over 60! πŸ˜†

If you use the fast track, you gonna wait at the luggage belt for 40 minutes instead of 20 😜

At the moment you're correct. I've arrived three times at Suvarnabhumi in the last two months, one international and two domestic. All were up to 45 minutes wait, one flight from Phuket it was a one hour wait

That's what I thought I read too, which is why I asked - I turn 70 just a couple of days before I get back and it will be nice not to have to stand in a looooong line waiting to go through.

I used Fast Track last week when returning from a trip to Hong Kong. Long lines at the regular immigration counters but Fast Track was NO wait. Also, my under 70 wife can use Fast Track because she is with me.

I read (but I'm not completely sure) that if you arrive with a Thai person you can stay with them and use fast track, since they're both the same line.

it's on the far right as you're going up the last set of ramps up to immigration area. It's the same line as Thai people so you can look for that too. Usually a lot of employees at the bottom of the area
