TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported that their 90-day report, due on July 23, was successfully lodged yesterday, and they received approval today. They noted that the new 90-day reporting period starts from the date of their report, not the due date. Community comments confirmed that this is standard practice and emphasized that the reporting date resets to the current date whenever a report is made.

the 90 day report is ALWAYS taken from the day you report yourself, not the day it WAS due to be lodged.

as it is not related to your visa (permission of stay), there should be no issue. Just something you need to do every 90 days when inside the country.

Nothing unusual about that. If you report today, then today is the date of reporting surely?
