I have gotten my 1 year marriage. Do i need to leave the 400K on there or can I use it as long as I top it up 2 month before?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the requirement to maintain 400,000 THB in a bank account after receiving a 1-year marriage visa. A commenter clarified that if the user has received a one-year stamp (not just an under-consideration stamp), they can use the funds as long as they top it back up two months before the next extension.

If you’ve gotten your year stamp and not just the under consideration stamp, you can spend it all. You’d have to top it back up for next year’s extension

Isn't It 2 months before first Visa but 3 months for renewal! Right or wrongly I always top up 3 months before .
it’s two months before. It is suggested you keep the money in your account during the “under consideration” period, because many offices will ask to see your balance when you go get the remaining year stamp.
. Isn't suggested. It's mandatory to leave it above 400k for the 30 day under consideration. I know this because I've done 4x yearly spouse extensions. You have to show bankbook again with minimum balance of 400k since stamp 30 days prior
that seems to be office specific. In your office it obviously is. In others it may not be. I do not know the rules of each of the 70+ offices so cannot confirm.
. Ok.. perhaps leave out the "maybes" and " suggesteds" from advice. I'm yet to hear of an office that doesn't require it. My office was bkk which does the vast majority of them based on population .
My advice is do it anyway and you can't get caught out, or clarify it with your specific office when applying. The headaches are huge if you stuff it up.
