Hi all. Like to ask regarding Marriage visa.

After the immigration have approved the 1 year visa, how long do I need to keep the 400K in the account? Or can I use it/take it out right after the 1 year visa approved?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Once the immigration has approved your Marriage Visa, it is crucial to maintain a balance of 400,000 THB in your bank account until the one-year extension of stay is stamped in your passport. It is advisable not to withdraw from this account until you receive the official stamp, and you should also ensure that the amount is maintained two full months before your visa renewal to meet ongoing financial requirements.

I believe that the OP has the answers needed for his question.

He will be okay if he does not touch a Thai Baht in that bank account UNTIL the One year extension of stay as Married to Thai STAMP is in his passport.

The initial Visa is 90 days and the extension of stay is 12 months, you need the 400k until you get both stamps

DON'T TOUCH ONE THAI BAHT UNTIL THE ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF STAY AS MARRIED TO A THAI IS IN YOUR PASSPORT...

Usually 30 days while the application is UNDER CONSIDERATION...

AND MUST be topped up to the 400,000 Thai baht balance TWO FULL MONTHS BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL for one MORE year.
