TLDR : Answer Summary
Once you receive a one-year extension based on marriage, there is no specific duration for which the 400,000 baht must stay in your account, as long as you maintain the required balance two months before applying for the next extension. Typically, you should have the funds in your account during the application process and for the 30-day under consideration period before the extension is approved. It is advisable not to withdraw any amount from the balance until after your extension stamp is in your passport.

Get an interest account and just leave it. Such a pain to have to track and arrange it to be back EXACTLY to the day 2 months before you'll need it.
Best advice. If you start borrowing from it, you’ll be surprised how quickly the year goes by. Unless it’s a legitimate emergency, don’t touch it.

Once you have the one year extension inked in (after the under consideration period) there is no amount of time you need to keep the funds in the account.
Only that next year you need to have the 400K baht back in the account 2 months before you apply for the next yearly extension.

If you have gotten the full extension and not on 30days under consideration you can start to use the money.
