Hi, I picked up my new passport yesterday and went to Kanchanaburi immigration to ask them to move my current Non O visa into my new passport. They told me I've got to got to Chonburi where the visa was issued. The visa is expiring next week so I want to try to get around a visit to Chonburi. I've heard that you can take both passports to the airport and the immigration will be OK by using your visa from your old passport. Is this true? Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking to transfer their Non O visa from an old passport to a new one and is inquiring if they can use the old passport with the visa while traveling without going to Chonburi, where the visa was originally issued. They mention hearing that bringing both passports to the airport might suffice.
