Can I use cash instead of a bank book for a Laos tourist visa in Thailand?
Doing laos tourist visa tonight and suddenly agency said about needing passbook and forgot it. Is it okay to bring cash instead?

I went to vientiane and they needed bank book. Went to savannakhet and they wanted the same.
