Can I use both my old and new passports for re-entry to Thailand with a valid Education Visa?

The user inquired about the process of entering Thailand with a valid re-entry permit in their old passport while holding a blank new passport. Comments from the community confirmed that it is sufficient to present both passports upon arrival in Thailand. Additionally, it was noted that the Thai consulate in Italy cannot transfer the re-entry permit, and the user will need to visit a local immigration office in Thailand for the necessary updates.
