TLDR : Answer Summary
The process of obtaining a visa depends on whether you applied for an e-visa or a traditional visa. For an e-visa application, once approved, you will receive it via email in PDF format. You need to print this visa and present it at immigration upon your arrival in Thailand, where they will stamp your passport with a 180-day entry stamp.

If it's an evisa application then they will email the visa in a PDF when approved. Print the visa and present it at immigration when you arrive at the airport in Thailand. They will then stamp your passport with a 180 days entry stamp.
