Can I obtain the Thailand Pass from a different country than where my visa was issued?

Hello Group,

Thanks for good advice on Phuket sandbox!

One more question. Since I got the 60 day tourist visa valid for 90 days, I'm planning to go to Mexico for the next two months. If the test and go program in Thailand starts again I'm planning on going to Thailand from there.

Is it possible to obtain the Thailand pass in another country than I got the visa and fly to Thailand? The visa was issued at Frankfurt, Germany.

Many thanx!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of obtaining a Thailand Pass while in Mexico after having received a 60-day tourist visa issued in Frankfurt, Germany. Responses indicate that the Thailand Pass application process is separate from the visa issuance, and users confirmed that there should be no issues applying for the Thailand Pass from a different country.

Thailand Pass doesn't even ask you about your Visa. You shouldn't have any problems at all.
