Hello

Has anyone been to the Thai Embassy in Cambodia recently to get a non b visa? Do they give out one year visas still?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai Embassy in Cambodia currently issues a 90-day single entry visa, rather than a one-year Non-B visa. However, one-year multi-entry Non-B visas can be obtained in other locations such as Penang, Kota Bharu, and Yangon, provided that the applicant meets the necessary requirements.

No, you can get a 90 day single entry in Phnom Penh. you can get a year-long multi-entry Non-B from Penang, Kota Bharu and Yangon (BUT you meet the requirements or you don't get it)

you just got a second job offer, why not visit the Immigration Office and apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on working inside Thailand?
