Good morning chaps, I have a extension of stay until July 2021 ( married to Thai) and do 90 day reports ... I may have to go back to UK for family business. I will need to get an re-entry permit. My next 90 day is due December 6th . Can I stay in UK from October 2020 to February 2021 and still have the extension valid after missing a 90day as I would be out the kingdom?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster holds a visa extension valid until July 2021 due to marriage to a Thai national and is concerned about traveling to the UK for family reasons. They question whether leaving Thailand from October 2020 to February 2021 would invalidate their visa extension if they miss their next 90-day report due on December 6th. A commenter clarifies that 90-day reporting is unrelated to the extension's validity, stating that since they will leave before the 90-day report is due, they can return to Thailand without issue.

90 day reporting has NOTHING to do with the validity of your extension.
You file a 90 day report when you're in the country for 90 days, seeing as you're leaving BEFORE your next 90 day report is due you wouldn't have to file a new 90 day report until 89 days after you came back into the country.
