Hi,

Is it only possible to stay in Thailand a maximum of 30 days as a tourist?

I’d be travelling from the Uk in December and I am fully vaccinated?

Are beach resorts open?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
As a UK traveler, you can initially stay in Thailand for 30 days under the visa exemption rule. However, it's possible to extend your stay by one additional month at Thai immigration for a fee. Alternatively, applying for a tourist visa before your trip allows for a longer stay of up to 90 days. Additionally, beach resorts in Thailand are open.

Visa exempt gives you 30 days on arrival...plus one 30 days extension at Thai immigration 1,900 Thai baht fee. = 60 days max stay in Thailand.

Or get a tourist visa...gives you 60+30=90 days stay in Thailand.
