When applying for the DTV and showing the bank statements for the proof of 500k baht, can the money be split across two accounts or must it all be sitting in one account for 6 months before submitting the application? UK citizen applying via London embassy.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the DTV visa, it is permissible to split the required proof of funds (500,000 baht) across two bank accounts. Additionally, there is no requirement for the money to have been in the accounts for a specific period before submitting the application at the London embassy.

You can only send 1 document so create PDF with both account and explanation that it’s in 2 accounts then you can send as single doc 😉

Doesn’t have to have been there for 6 months for the London embassy.

The 500k does not have to be in your account for any particular time period.
