I would like to know that when you show bank statement balance for(500,000) for DTV,

Is have to be from foreign account? Or

Is Thai bank account ok?

I am currently in Thailand. I have Thai bank account which I was opened with tourist visa,  2 months ago.

Check the requirements from embassy u apply. Some need 3month bank statements and some need 6months.
