ORIGINAL POSTER
I am seeking confirmation on previous question regarding cancellation of W-P/Non-B visa. If I want to avoid the 7-day extension, can I go with the HR staff a few days before and designate a future expiration date? For example go in (I'm at Chamchuree office) on 27 Mar and ask for 31 Mar expiration. Then fly out on the 31st. Possible?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of setting a future expiration date for their W-P/Non-B visa at the Chamchuri office to avoid the automatic 7-day extension. Commenters suggest visiting the office directly for confirmation, emphasizing that accurate information should be obtained from the Immigration Office at the One Stop Service Center.

The only one to give you confirmation is the Immigration Office at the Chamchuri based One Stop Service Office of the BOI.

You may ask again tomorrow, but i keep on telling visit the office to get your information.

"As you stated, you did all your visa or extension of stay at the One Stop Service Center of the Board of Investment of Thailand at the office at Chamchuri square in Bangkok.

As special arrangements are made for these visa and work permit holders, best is to go visit them and ask the questions."
