Can I request to speak with a supervisor at the embassy if I feel mistreated during a visa interview?

Hello there.. question.. when during an interview for a visa you feel completely mistreated in some embassy (Italian embassy in Bangkok).. can you request to speak with a supervisor or similars? I’m asking because I had a shocking experience recently.. so unfair.. thanks
