Why Is My Local Embassy Denying My Visa Application Despite CCSA Approval?

Hey guys sorry to post again in this group this time i just want to adress my confusion and frustration about what is going on. So I am following the daily CCSA briefings and today again they confirmed that people who are doing business, are teaching, have family or are studying are able to apply for visa and certificate of entry in their local embassies immediately and will be able to return to the kingdom (by limited numbers though). The local embassy though ( in my case Germany) has denied this repeatedly even after directly referring to the CCSA briefing. I don't want to start a discussion about whether it is responsible or reasonable to return to the kingdom at this moment, I'd just like to share this, maybe someone can explain what is going on. Thanks everyone, stay safe and take care ✌️✌️

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expresses frustration about being unable to obtain a visa despite the CCSA confirming eligibility for certain categories, as their local Thai embassy in Germany keeps denying applications. They are seeking clarification on this discrepancy in response to the CCSA's statements.

Sorry but its your Thai Embassy which sets the rules in allowing and processing applications for special permission to enter.

There is nothing we can do or say to change what Germany does. And you are not alone as we hear varied responses from others.

Keep in touch with them...hope they change.

If not already aware...there are several Facebook groups of stranded foreigners like you.

Follow them for helpful information.
