Hello! I have being doing COVID extension in Phuket before, but now I would be in Chiang Mai in November (when the extension ends) do you think I can ask for my COVID extension in Chiang Mai or may need to do it in Phuket??

Can you not ask for it a bit earlier, in Phuket, where they know you ? Hopefully, they may extend the date after November but they won't announce it until a few days before.

You can always ask. Make sure you have a TM30 filed with your Chiang Mai address.
