Non-O Thai wife visa extension is "under consideration" until Jan 13 but my previous year's extension expires Jan 30.

Am I required to pick up my new extension exactly on Jan 13?  Or can I go any time between Jan 13 - Jan 30?

I'm trying to avoid 2 trips to Chaeng Wattana.  One for picking up my extension on Jan 13 and another for some driver's license document on Jan 27.

Why would you GO to Chaengwattana to get your certificate of residence ?

You apply for it, you pay 200 baht and they mail it to you in 5 days

Especially in Bangkok, you have to go to the Chaengwattana office for a yearly extension after the under-consideration period on the exact day they directed.
