Can I obtain a driver's license in Rayong with a residence certificate from Chonburi?
Quick question
In regards to getting my driver's license if my residence certificate is registered in chonburi but I currently live in rayong province would it still qualify me to be able to get my license done in rayong ? A visa company in pattaya is asking me almost 8k to get my license and do the test in rayong and I feel like I can just do this myself without paying this crazy fee.

The Chonburi residence cert is valid for 30 days, yes you could do it yourself in Chonburi. You'll also need a health cert, watch the video online, and get to the office before 7am to stand a chance of getting a ticket for that day. The agents will be there before 6am to secure the first 30 or so tickets

depend on IO, you need to make your residence certificate and 90 days report in same place here in Bangkok

many times i have read of people getting their cor in Phuket, yet getting their licensees in Phang Nga or krabi
