In regards to getting my driver's license if my residence certificate is registered in chonburi but I currently live in rayong province would it still qualify me to be able to get my license done in rayong ? A visa company in pattaya is asking me almost 8k to get my license and do the test in rayong and I feel like I can just do this myself without paying this crazy fee.
