Just curious,(and curiosity is usually only fatal to cats ;) )

Has anyone gotten a DTV by enrolling in a Thai language school?

If so could you mention the school, say how long of course you enrolled in and what consulate you applied thru?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation explores the possibility of obtaining a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand through enrollment in a Thai language school. Several users share their experiences, noting that while some language schools, such as TSL in Chiang Mai, have helped others secure a DTV, others have faced difficulties with consulates rejecting such applications in favor of Education Visas. Concerns about the acceptance of language studies in DTV applications and the limitations within Thai immigration policies are discussed.

Since the education visa exists, and you can't study the language for more than 2 years, according to the Thai immigration system, the likelihood of getting an DTV application denied is higher if you're going to study Thai.
