Hello, my passport was stolen in Thailand, I applied for a new passport from my country's consulate and will receive it next week.

My new passport does not have an entry stamp for Thailand.

Can I leave Thailand?
Or do I have to go to the immigration office to get a Thailand entry stamp in my new passport?@

I got new passport in Malaysia. It wasn't stolen but damaged. I offered to give the immigration my old passport and new at the border but they said they didn't need the old one. Obviously different country difference circumstances but my new passport was different number than my old damaged one.

In this case it’s better to go to immigration office and explain the problem to them. Because your passport was stolen, you don’t have the record of your entry stamp, to show the IO on your next exit. However, Thai immigration have your biometric  data, so it’s very easy for them to link you in their system to your old passport. They have all the records of every entry and exit from Thailand.
