TLDR : Answer Summary
If you've lost your migration paper while holding an ED visa, it could pose an issue when applying for a re-entry visa. It is advisable to obtain a report from your local police station confirming the loss of the document. This police report may be required by immigration authorities to resolve any potential problems.

From what I’ve heard it can be a problem...it’s best you get a report from your local police station to say you lost it...and take the report to immigration with you...I’ve heard they want the police report and with that you have no more problems
