TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry relates to a father seeking to obtain a Non-O visa in Thailand. Although not married, he has a child born in Thailand and his partner holds a work visa. According to responses, he may be eligible for a 90-day Non-O visa based on being the father of a foreign child, which requires specific documentation and having 500,000 baht in a Thai bank account in his name, transferred from abroad. It is advised that he visit the immigration office for further guidance and to obtain the necessary documentation.

he would have to go to the immigration office and see if he could get a 90 day Non-O visa based on supporting foreign child. it requires 500K baht in a thai bank account in his name only transferred in from abroad, and the correct documentation. He needs to visit the immigration office to see IF he can apply for it and get the list of documents to do it

Hi.Yes not married with a child born here in Thailand. And yes,one is working and with a work permit. Can the father get a visa ?

It sounds like you are saying two foreigners who aren't married had a child and one parent is on a Non-B visa/extension and works legally here and the other one wants to get a dependent visa based on being the father of a foreign child... Is that right?

So he has a child by a foreigner or by a thai ?
