Okay, there's NOTHING anyone on this group can do about your visa being approved in time for you to fly here or not. It either WILL be approved and you can fly here on it OR it will not be approved and you can fly here visa exempt (on a free entry stamp)

Also if you are married to a Thai you can get an additional 60 day visit family extension after you've used up the other options

You can go on a visa exemption for 30 days and one time extend it with another 30 days. If your Thai visa is a E-visa and you will receive it after you enter Thailand. Then you can use this one after a border run
