TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around experiences of expats who have received warnings from Thai immigration and their ability to re-enter Thailand. Users express concerns about being flagged upon entry and the potential need for a visa after a warning. It's suggested that a verbal warning may not be severe, and love thorough questioning or denial is likely for back-to-back entries. Some users advise on managing entry methods and the option of using a fast track service.
How long ago were you given the warning and how long have you been outside Thailand currently. If you're going for a back to back entry then you stand a high chance of being denied
OK so you now have 30 days and can extend that by 30 days at immigration. I'd avoid flying out and back in the future, if you haven't yet used any land entries this year you can do 2 by land but use a reputable border bounce company and don't try it yourself
I don’t know what planet you think your living on but a verbal warning should be took as a warning and not pushed aside best you not give any more stupid advice
Ok, I was trying to fathom out what you were asking. If you have been warned then it is in the Immigration system so be prepared for worse next time you enter Visa Exempt.
