I have got a Thai tourist visa from Laos. I was wondering if I could get a re-entry stamp by paying 1000 B at any Thai airport before i fly. Thanks.

Yes you can, make sure you bring the form + pasfoto and copies of your passport pages. Otherwise they will charge you more to print it on site and to take a photograph.
