TLDR : Answer Summary
If you forget to file your 90-day report for two times in Thailand, you may face a fine of up to 2000 baht. It's advisable to visit immigration in person to pay the fine, as they may waive it depending on the discretion of the officer. Some users mentioned the possibility of amnesty, which could potentially exempt you from penalties during specific periods. Additionally, using an agent is not always reliable, so it's recommended to handle these reports personally to avoid issues.

GO file a 90 day report in person NOW and it will totally be up to the discretion of the officer on whether you will get a 2000baht failure to file on time fine or not.

You can't use the online web-site or mobile applications if you're late, YOU have to go in person (meaning you can't send someone for you).

Just go get it out of the way now while the immigration offices aren't busy

I think it's a maximum of 2000B fine.. I know people who never do it, instead just pay the fine once a year.

I think there is an amnesty until the end of July.. No need to worry about visa or reporting.

It's possible that they will waive it with the amnesty. Not 100% but possible. They don't always fine for a missed 90 day even in normal times.

depends on the due; if it’s since Mid-March (i think 18th), there is an exemption that you wont have to pay the fine payment when you do the report during this time until July 31st.

You just go to immigration and pay a 2000 baht fine. It's no big deal.
