We arrived from Europe in Thailand and got 30 day visa on the airport. Then we extended for 30 more days in Thailand.

Can we now go to Myanmar for two days and then back to Thailand for 30 or 60 more days?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After initially entering Thailand on a 30-day visa exempt entry and extending it for an additional 30 days, you can travel to Myanmar for two days and return to Thailand. Upon re-entering Thailand, you will receive another 30-day visa exempt entry stamp. However, for a 60-day tourist visa, you will need to apply for it at a Thai consulate in another country.

If you want to get a 60 day tourist visa you need to go to a thai consulate in another country and BUY one..

There is no 30 day tourist visa, so you got a 30 day visa exempt entry when you flew in.

You can enter thailand TWO times by a land border on a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp in a year, so yep you could go to burma, come back into thailand and get a 30 day visa exempt entry no problem
