A friend of mine, who is not a member of the group, is going to Savanakhet for a Non-O multi entry based on marriage. Does he need an up to date copy of Kor Ror 2? I am aware you get this from the local Amphur (20Baht).

Also, if it is needed, can he get it alone, or does his wife have to be with him, she is currently visiting relatives in another province.
