TLDR : Answer Summary
You can obtain a 30-day extension stamp at the immigration office in Phuket before your current visa expires. Ensure you bring all necessary documents, including address registration, and that your passport has at least one free page and over a month of validity. The fee for the extension is 1,900 Thai baht.

if you bring all the needed copies, be aware that Phuket also wants to see address registrations and you are a tourist at the moment, you have at least 1 page free and more than 1 month validity of your passport, I would say no problem.
