Answer summary

The user inquired about the necessary documents to extend their visa in Bangtao, Phuket, specifically mentioning they have a letter from the Swiss embassy. They listed required items such as TM7 form, copies of their rental contract, passport pages, and passport photos. Additionally, they asked if they can go to Patong Immigration since it was mentioned to be closed and if they needed to go to Phuket Town instead.
