TLDR : Answer Summary
As your 60-day tourist visa expired on June 22nd, you can still apply for a 30-day extension after paying the overstay fees. You will incur a daily fine of 500 THB for the days you overstayed and a fee of 1,900 THB for the extension. The extension will be effective starting from the original visa's expiry date.

make sure when you go tomorrow you can cover the 3500baht overstay AND the 1900baht extension price,

Like Robert said, your extension will start from the date your entry stamp to your tourist visa ended. . .

You would have to pay 500 Thb a day for the overstay and 1.900 Thb for the Extension of Stay for 30 days and they will add that to the last Admitted to Stay date.

Have to go and pay over stay as it is less than 90 day overstay. Pay that and they should give you 24 more days.
