Or flight and what the current requirements are please? Lynda
Answer summary
A user currently in Thailand on an O-A visa is seeking guidance on exiting the country to obtain their next year stamp, given flight cancellations and open ticket restrictions. They inquire about the possibility of border hopping or alternative flight options, but a comment indicates that land borders are closed, and airport access is limited, particularly for retirees.

At the moment land borders are closed, airport is open but only for a small group of people and being retired is not listed for re-entry.
All you can do is wait what will be announced to happen after 31 July.
