EVA Airlines just cancelled my flight back to Thailand, so I can't get back in before my OA visa expires. The Thai consulate in Los Angeles is closed and they're currently not responding to my E-mail. Are there any known issues about applying for a second OA visa? Same same process? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
EVA Airlines canceled the user's flight back to Thailand, risking the expiration of their OA visa. The Thai consulate in Los Angeles is closed, and they are unable to reach them via email. Commenters noted that applying for a second OA visa is similar, but since October 31, 2019, mandatory health insurance is required. They also mentioned that currently, airports are closed to incoming passengers.

There's no way back in at the moment anyway. Airports are closed to incoming passengers until (at this stage) April 30. Check back after that date to see what's happening
