As I understand there will be a couple of computer terminals available and assistance from an immigration department officer. I can only imagine how the queues will be for this, so I think anyone planning not to do it beforehand should allow an hour or two going through immigration, but at least your luggage will be waiting for you!

if you have wifi on your phone you should be able to do it once you land , by all acounts it only takes a few minutes

I'd be doing it before I get on the plane or even on the plane. Once I get to Suvarnabhumi I want to get through as quickly as possible
