Hi guys,

I arrived in Patong yesterday (4th July) from Australia on a 60 day tourist visa. I will want to extend for a further 30 days. I'm staying in Airbnb and asked the host to send me a TM30 reciept. I believe I need that to extend? She sent me this which has a different address and dates are showing 4/7/2565. She says I just need to show a screen shot of it to immmigration and the address doesn't matter. I've asked why but so far no reply. What should I do?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a 60-day tourist visa and is seeking to extend it for an additional 30 days while staying in Patong, Thailand. They requested a TM30 receipt from their Airbnb host, but received one with a different address and an issue with the Thai calendar date. The consensus in the comments suggests that the different address should not be a problem when presenting the receipt for the visa extension.

Thanks Robert. She says the address was just an error. She has other apartments. So am I ok to just show a screenshot at immigration?

you will need to print the screen shot for immigration.

All things for immigration must be printed off.

She's probably not paying tax on the one you're in, so she uses the other address. As Robert says, immigration don't do checks on TM30 so I wouldn't be overly concerned

The date 4 July 2565 is correct according the Thai calendar.

You state it is a different address then where you stay, Immigration is not making house calls to check. Ask again why there is a different address used, you have enough time left to apply for the Extension of Stay.
