Hi and thanks for accepting me into this group. I am currently in Udon Thani and as most, am currently under the visa amnesty with my APEC visa having expired on the 21st May 2020. Is there a way to get an extension on my APEC visa or possibly change to a Non-O as I am married to a local girl here and have had Non-O marriage visa's in the past?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether they can extend their expired APEC visa or change it to a Non-O visa due to their marriage to a Thai citizen. A comment suggests that while transitioning from a 90-day APEC visa to a visa amnesty may prohibit applying for a new Non-Immigrant visa directly, it might be possible to obtain a 60-day visit extension based on marriage, which could lead to eligible days for applying for the Non-O visa, provided they meet the financial requirements.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Coming off a 90 day APEC stamp and going on to amnesty means you can't apply for ANY in country Non-Immigrant visa because you need real hard stamped days on your passport to do so.
You MIGHT, <- (as in totally at the discretion of the immigration office you deal with) be able to get a 60 day visit thai family extension based on marriage to a thai.
AND
IF you were able to get that 60 day visit thai family extension you then would be on 'hard stamped' days and could apply for the in country Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai by meeting the proof of funds (400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only that was transferred in from abroad)
Your first step is: GO to your immigration office and see if you can get the 60 day visit thai family extension
