ORIGINAL POSTER
Hello! A friend has a 90-day non-o visa and is stranded in Thailand. She's 69 years old. Are these visas expendable? Normally or due to C-19? Please advice if possible.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A 69-year-old friend with a 90-day non-O visa in Thailand can apply for a 1-year Extension of Stay at her local Immigration Office if she wants to remain in the country. Alternatively, if she wishes to leave but cannot secure a flight before her visa expires, she should contact her Embassy for a letter and present it to Immigration to obtain additional time in Thailand.

She can apply at her local Immigration Office for the 1 year Extension of Stay if she likes to stay inside Thailand,

If she likes to leave but can not get a flight before here last day, she has to contact her Embassy to get a letter and visit Immigration with that letter to get longer time inside Thailand.
