Could somebody advise me for a Thai Visa extension. I arrived in Bangkok 2 months ago and got at the airport a 3 months APEC entry ... Does anyone know how to extend an APEC Visa ? Many thanks in advance.

Answer summary
A user inquired about extending their APEC Visa obtained upon arriving in Bangkok. The consensus from several comments is that APEC Visas are generally not extendable within Thailand, and travelers typically cannot change to a different visa type. However, there have been instances where individuals received a 60-day COVID-19 extension due to travel restrictions caused by the pandemic. It is recommended that anyone in this situation consult immigration services directly to explore specific options available.

I arrived on an APEC entry March 2020. Since then I got the 30 day extension for covid, then since that I have received about 8 Covid 60 day extensions based on inability to travel. The most recent one done in Bangkok about 2 weeks ago.
Oh really, is the emergency Covid extension 60 day visa different from the usual covid extension visa that most people ask for ? If so, instead of applying for an APEC extension visa, I should directly apply for a Covid extension visa ?
you can not extend an APEC card in country. You would need to leave Thailand and re-enter for that. The only option I am aware of to do within Thailand, is the emergency Covid extension 60 day Visa.
I have seen reports of someone being able to get a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. I believe that’s the only extension of stay possible
it's not difficult at all. You'd submit the same documents as you used for the 30 day extension of stay based on tourism, except write down "60 day COVID-19 extension"
Technically an APEC is not extendable and has always been the same. However my colleague had to have some urgent major hospital work and had his APEC converted to a Medical Visa after expiry.
