Can I extend my 30-day visa exemption to 60 days after a previous overstay in Thailand?

Was in Thailand January this year

Was due to fly home to the UK the day the war started which I think was 28th Feb,

Flights were cancelled had 5 flights cancelled managed to return home on the 3rd April

One month overstay which was waved at the airport by immigration. Looking to return in October. Would i be able to extend 30 day visa exempt for 60 days , If need be

Due to the fact I’ve already had one month overstay
