Can I extend my 30-day on-arrival stamp for an additional 30 days in Bangkok?

question: Can I extend my 30 day on arrival stamp for a further 30 days at immigration in Bangkok. I've done the 30 day extension at immigration once before but that was 4 months ago and since then I've left the country 3 times by air. I am South African .. I landed in Bangkok on the 3rd of January without a visa.. all i have is the 30 day stamp.. also can I go to Immigration tomorrow morning to get an extension. I am here as a tourist.
