TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about the possibility of extending a visa 60 days prior to arriving in Thailand. The comments clarify that typically, extensions can be applied for when there are 30 days or less remaining on the current visa, and they also touch on border runs if one is without a visa on the last day of stay.

You can apply for an extension when you have 30 days or less left at most offices. What visa (or no visa) will you be arriving with?
