TLDR : Answer Summary
A Non-O visa extensions based on having a Thai child cannot be extended by 30 days at immigration. Instead, the visa can be extended for one year or 60 days. Applicants typically can apply for a renewal 30 to 45 days prior to the visa expiration.

No, you cannot extend for 30 days. That's only available on tourist visa or visa Exempt. There a chance you might be able to apply for the 60 day visiting Thai family extension if you haven't done so yet.

Nope. Only by a year. You can usually apply 30 days prior (some offices allow 45 days prior).

If that doesn’t work you can speak to your office. They may be able to wangle something like a “visit Thai family” extension - but that’s a stretch as that extension is meant for people on tourist or exempt entries. Worth asking though.
