Hey I’m in thailand atm on a 30 day Vida exemption (I’m from the UK) can I extend

My visa by 30 days , leave the country for a few weeks then come back on another visa exempt for my return flight which leaves on 29th March?

you can indeed get a 30 day extension on your existing visa exempt entry at the immigration office for 1900 baht AND you can leave the country and return on a 30 day visa exempt entry as well.

Remember though there is a limit of TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by land in a calendar year.
