Hiya! I got here on the 28th of Jan and got 30 days visa exempt (UK passport) and I'm wanting to extend it. I've been trying to research it but I'm getting some contradicting info... Can I just go the local immigration office with my passport, 1900 baht and fill in an application there? It's my first time in Thailand

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can extend your 30-day visa exempt entry by applying at a local immigration office. You will need to pay a fee of 1900 baht and provide a completed TM7 application form, copies of relevant pages of your passport, and your TM6 departure card. Don't forget to ensure your accommodation has registered you with a TM30.

Make sure your guesthouse / hostel has you registered with a TM30.
