Can I extend my stay in Thailand with a non-immigrant B multiple entry visa by leaving and re-entering?

Hi everyone,

I am new here. I would greatly appreciate receiving some advice regarding my non-immigrant B multiple entry visa. The visa was granted in the UK on 30 September 2023 and entitles me to remain in Thailand for 90 days at a time. The visa must be used by 29 September 2024.

I am currently in Thailand. I assume that if I depart Thailand and return before the use-by date I will be granted a further 90 days stay. I want to be sure my interpretation is correct as I would hate to get on the wrong side of the authorities. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks confirmation on the validity of their interpretation of a non-immigrant B multiple entry visa, questioning if exiting Thailand and re-entering before the visa's expiration will grant an additional 90 days stay. A comment confirms that re-entry before the visa expiration date will indeed provide a new 90-day stay.

You are CORRECT ✅

Leave Thailand and reenter Thailand on or before September 29th and you will be stamped in for 90 days.
